Terms of Use
Association of Global Educators (AGE). Last updated October 2026.
These terms apply when you create an account or use the AGE conference system at submit.globaleducators.net to submit papers, review papers, serve on a committee, chair a session or register for a conference. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.
Your account
Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person should have one account.
Submissions
When you submit a paper you confirm that it is your original work, that it is not published or under review elsewhere, that every author has agreed to be listed, that you have all needed permissions (including ethics or human subject approval where required), and that the file contains no author names or identifying details. You keep the copyright in your work. You allow AGE and the conference to share it with reviewers and committee members for review, and, if it is accepted, to publish it in the conference program or proceedings in the way described by the conference.
Reviewers and committee members
Papers you see as a reviewer or committee member are confidential. Do not copy, share or use them for any purpose other than the review.
Registration and fees
Registration fees, and any additional fee for extra papers, are set by each conference and are shown when you register. Fees are payable only as the conference describes.
Email from AGE
By creating an account you agree that AGE, its family of conferences and its affiliates may email you about its conferences, events, calls for papers and related activities. We will always send you the emails needed to run your submissions, reviews and registrations.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the system, try to access other people's data, upload harmful files, or submit work that is plagiarised or fabricated. We may close accounts or reject submissions that break these rules.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version here. Questions: info@globaleducators.net.
