- Jan 10, 2027Submission deadline: papers, extended abstracts and best-practice cases
- Jan 24, 2027Acceptance notifications
- Feb 7, 2027Presenter registration deadline (needed to appear in the program)
- Feb 10, 2027Final papers, slides and posters due
- Feb 15, 2027Program published
- Mar 1–2, 2027GLOTECH 2027 at the AI Hospitality Summit, San Diego
How to submit
Four steps
- Step 1Create an account on the submission site: submit.globaleducators.net
- Step 2Choose GLOTECH 2027, then the submission type: full paper, extended abstract, or AI Best Practices case.
- Step 3Upload an anonymized file and paste your 150-word industry implications statement.
- Step 4After acceptance, register at least one author by February 7, 2027.
